UltraFormer effectively targets soft tissues and the SMAS using non-invasive HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) technology.

Principle of Action

During treatment, focused high-intensity ultrasound waves with frequencies of 4 and 7 MHz create zones of thermal coagulation at depths of 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, 2.0, 3.0, 4.5, 6.0, 9.0, and 13 mm in the dermis and SMAS. High-intensity ultrasound causes tissue vibrations, leading to localized heating, followed by tissue contraction and stimulation of new collagen synthesis.

Thanks to the precise targeting of ultrasound vibrations, energy is delivered accurately without damaging surrounding tissues. The treatment line length can vary from 5 to 25 mm, and the distance between coagulation points is 1, 1.5, or 2 mm depending on the intensity of the ultrasound energy used. Multi-level treatment ensures a three-dimensional natural volumetric lifting of the soft tissues of the face and neck, visible immediately after the procedure and progressively improving over 2–3 months.
