Deleting your account

Request deletion of your MEDSTYLE account and associated personal data.

⚠️ Please note

Account deletion is irreversible. Once your request is processed, you will not be able to restore the deleted account or associated data. Please ensure you have saved the required information before submitting your request.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your MEDSTYLE account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@medstyle.kz with the subject: "MEDSTYLE Account Deletion Request".

2. Include the phone number or email address associated with your MEDSTYLE app account.

3. If prompted, provide additional information to help us confirm that the account is yours.

4. Explicitly confirm that you want to delete your account and the personal data associated with it.

Our team will review and process your request within 30 days. Once the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.

What data will be deleted

When you delete your account, the following data associated with your MEDSTYLE account will be deleted:

• Account data: name, phone number, email address, and other data provided during registration;

• Profile data: settings and information associated with your account;

• Personal data: information that you have voluntarily provided through the application;

• Application usage data: information related to the use of application features, if stored and can be associated with your account.

What data may be retained

In some cases, certain data may be retained after account deletion, if necessary to:

• Comply with legal requirements;

• Maintain accounting and tax records;

• Protect the legitimate interests of MEDSTYLE;

• Prevent fraud and ensure security.

Such data will be stored only for the required period established by law.

Deletion of medical data

If the user provides information related to medical information through the MEDSTYLE app, it will be processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Deleting an account does not necessarily mean immediate deletion of information that MEDSTYLE is obliged to retain in accordance with legal requirements.

Important

The MEDSTYLE app does not have paid subscriptions, so canceling a subscription is not required to delete an account.
