This is the procedure of choice for thin, lax facial skin, especially for delicate skin of the neck, décolleté, and hands. It also helps eliminate laxity of the abdomen, inner thighs, and shoulders.
Polylactic acid is the substance from which many threads used for tissue reinforcement of the face and neck are made. This is because it strongly stimulates the production of new collagen, forming a structural framework for the skin.
The composition of the product includes polylactic acid and hyaluronic acid. Polylactic acid stimulates the production of new collagen, forming a framework for the skin. Hyaluronic acid provides deep and intensive hydration. It also contains glutathione and Vitamin C, which are antioxidants.
Indications
lax skin of the face, neck, and décolleté;

Contraindications
pregnancy and breastfeeding;
blood clotting disorders;
oncological diseases;
local or systemic infection during the procedure.
Here it is presented in liquid form but with the same properties. The product remains in tissues for up to 2 years, then dissolves, leaving behind a dense collagen framework. It is injected linearly or pointwise using disposable needles into areas requiring correction: cheeks, facial contour, and neck.
The injection site is preliminary numbed, and the product itself contains an anesthetic, making the procedure comfortable and painless. After the procedure, slight redness may occur and subsides within an hour. Bruising is possible. For full correction, 2–3 procedures are usually required with a 1-month interval.
