Smile wrinkles around the eyes (“crow’s feet”) are radiating lines extending from the outer corners of the eyes toward the temples and continuing into the cheekbone area. Vertical wrinkles also appear on the cheeks. Both form due to facial activity in these areas during laughter or smiling.
These wrinkles can be corrected using hyaluronic acid gel. After injecting the filler at the base of the fold, the skin texture becomes smooth. As a result, the appearance of wrinkles is significantly reduced both at rest and when smiling.

blood clotting disorders;
oncological diseases;
local or systemic infection at the time of the procedure.
How the Procedure Is Performed
This is an injectable procedure that requires preliminary anesthesia: a numbing cream is applied under occlusion for 15–20 minutes.
The product also contains an anesthetic, making the procedure comfortable and painless.
After the procedure, slight redness may remain, which resolves within 1 hour. Bruising is possible.
Full correction of these wrinkles usually requires 2–3 procedures.
It is beneficial to combine this procedure with Dysport injections into the muscles near the corners of the eyes to relax them. This improves the result.
