Active facial expressions, stretching of muscles under the influence of gravity, thinning of the epidermis, and a decrease in the concentration of hyaluronic acid, the main moisturizing component of the dermis, lead to the appearance of deep wrinkles on the forehead and between the eyebrows.
If you have a habit of frowning or concentrating by drawing your brows together, early expression lines on the forehead are inevitable. Over time, your skin loses elasticity and density, and the first barely noticeable lines turn into deep glabellar folds.
Injection of a dense hyaluronic acid gel beneath the skin makes it possible to instantly smooth moderate and deep wrinkles of the forehead and bridge of the nose.

How the Procedure Is Performed
The procedure is performed using a cannula (a long blunt-tipped needle), which makes the procedure safe, as it does not damage nerves or blood vessels.
A gel is injected beneath the fold, pushing it to the surface, and then acts as a support, preventing the wrinkle from deepening further.
The product contains an anesthetic, so the procedure is comfortable and painless.
After the procedure, slight redness may remain, which resolves within 30–60 minutes. Bruising is possible.
A repeat procedure is usually required to correct deep wrinkles.
It is beneficial to combine this procedure with injections of Dysport into the muscles of the bridge of the nose to relax them. This improves the result.
