There are wrinkles on the face that cannot be eliminated with a standard Dysport procedure, as the muscles in these areas are responsible for facial lifting and therefore must remain active. However, wrinkles remain in these areas: above the eyebrows, lower eyelids, above the lip, along the contour, and on the neck. Therefore, in these zones we treat with Dysport in a highly diluted form and in combination with stabilized hyaluronic acid. In this case, the superficial muscle fibers interwoven with the skin are deactivated, while the main muscle remains functional and continues to provide lifting.

In addition, Dysport in the superficial layers of the skin reduces oiliness and redness by constricting blood vessels.

As a result, the skin becomes radiant, wrinkle-free, while natural facial expressions are preserved. Before the procedure, an anesthetic cream is applied under a film for 20–30 minutes. The product itself also contains anesthesia, making the procedure comfortable and painless.

After the procedure, slight redness may remain, which disappears within half an hour. Bruising is also possible.
