The procedure restores facial contours and reduces sagging. It is performed using contouring techniques with hyaluronic acid-based fillers. With age, the prominence of bone structures decreases: the cheekbone, upper orbital rim, and jaw angle. This bony framework, which supports soft tissues in youth, diminishes over time, causing the face to “descend.” This is especially noticeable when the face is tilted downward, as tissues visibly sag.

How the Procedure Is Performed
Using fillers, the shape of the cheekbone, upper orbital rim, and jaw angle is restored. After the procedure, the face appears lifted back into its natural position. The facial contour becomes more defined and firm. The procedure is performed using a cannula, making it minimally traumatic and nearly painless.
Mild redness may occur after the procedure and resolves within 15 minutes. Bruising is possible. The result is visible immediately.
