Mechanical facial cleansing performed at the Medstyle clinic (Almaty) has both therapeutic and cosmetic effects. It eliminates existing acne, helps prevent new breakouts and pimples, and thorough cleansing of accumulated oil and dead cells leaves the skin fresh and well-groomed.
The procedure is performed using Gi-Gi products. This professional Israeli skincare line has anti-inflammatory properties, gently cleanses the skin, and reduces epidermal recovery time. The active ingredients penetrate deeply, soften the keratinized layer, and their action is complemented by the skilled work of the cosmetologist. During the procedure, pores are cleared of accumulated sebum and other extracted impurities.

After the Procedure
avoid applying makeup on the day of the procedure;
do not visit a sauna or swimming pool;
in the evening after the procedure, wipe the face with an alcohol-based lotion.
How is the procedure performed?
This is a multi-step process.
Manual facial cleansing is performed manually by a cosmetologist:
makeup removal;
softening of the keratinized dermal layer. A gel with mild fruit acids is applied along massage lines to clean skin. The face is covered with film for 5–10 minutes. The “sauna” effect allows acids to penetrate deeply, soften the skin, and intensely hydrate it;
manual removal of pore blockages. The cosmetologist manually clears sebaceous ducts of clogged material;
skin disinfection;
application of a soothing mask.
To have a professional facial cleansing, the client does not need to prepare independently - the cosmetologist handles everything. Slight redness may occur after the procedure and resolves within a few hours. In cases of deeper acne involvement, small crusts may remain and disappear within 5–7 days.
